Muslim Scholars in Russia Issue Fatwa agains the so called Islamic State

Muslim scholars in Russia issue fatwa against the so called Islamic State or ISIS or ISIL. Recently published on their website it stated.

“The members of the Ulama [Islamic scholars] council, on the basis of the Koran and Sunna and other legal sources, have shown and proved that all actions of the organization that calls itself "Islamic State" are contradicting Islam – starting from the creation of the group and calls for resettlement and finishing with their cruelty and public executions,” the document reads. “From the point of view of the Muslim canon the members of such criminal groups deserve either capital punishment or full lifelong isolation from the society,” the Russian Muslim leaders stated. However, they noted in the fatwa that every suspect must be convicted by a court verdict that would fully exclude all doubts of his or hers complicity in violence, robberies and killings. “The followers of ISIS are mistakenly interpreting Islam as the religion of brutality and cruelty, of violence, torture and killings of all discontent,” the Russian Muslims stated. In reality, the basic principles of Islam forbid to kill civilians, prisoners and envoys – and journalists and workers of humanitarian missions can be described as the latter, they added. Most importantly, the creation of a caliphate is only possible by approval of all Muslim communities and otherwise is considered a mutiny. “A single-sided declaration of caliphate would cause numerous competing caliphates to appear and this would cause strife and disagreement between Muslims,” 

Notice how the fake state cannot even get the basics down. Ill treatment of innocent people, none militant people, even info structure, vegetation and animals are protected. Yes, even in times of war. As Muslim it's important duty to be extra cautious with the actions we do. Sincerley believing that to Allah belongs all things, that includes the unbelievers.

Judging and being quick to kill, or harm, or punish is not loved by Allah, for again and again Allah commands compassion and forgiveness, as Allah's prophet also did..

It's important message to all brother and sisters to know that, most of the fighters involved with such groups are from different lands and homes, not really connected to the fight, land, as well get paid daily allowances. I ask is it worth it ? to even take one innocent life, is compared by killing all mankind..

Is it worth it for any person to have such a burden on judgment day ?? We need to advice as many muslims as possible about this, even none muslims..

They feed of emotional commitments, forgetting that Islam means service to others and serving Allah's creation. They are self serving, self proclaiming, self destroying as well.. One main reason they exist is the weaponry the have which is pretty up to date for terrorist groups, the most funded and supplied.

I wonder who is really gaining from their terrorism.
